Founding Engineer

You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and product design. You will own the full lifecycle of AI features, from ideation and customer feedback to implementation and deployment.

This role is ideal for an engineer who loves building AI-powered products and wants build for the “real word” with high impact.

You'll be one of our first hires, which means you’ll have significant autonomy, impact, and ownership.

You’ll work closely with Pierre-Habté, CPTO at Bravi.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement core AI experiences, from voice assistants that process calls to systems that turn communications into structured CRM data.
• Build sophisticated multi-step AI workflows that can parse emails, transcribe calls, and automatically populate CRM fields.
• Work directly with customers to understand their communication challenges and rapidly iterate on AI solutions.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape the product roadmap based on real customer needs.
• Help scale our AI infrastructure to handle a high volume of communications processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web applications with TypeScript/React (or equivalent experience through personal projects).
• Previous experience with AI/ML projects, natural language processing, or data extraction systems.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering.
• A product-minded engineer who thinks about user experience and business impact.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Highly curious about AI tools (Cursor, Claude code etc)

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with voice/audio processing or email parsing systems.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or CRM product development.
• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage environment.
• Experience with React Native
