Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Automotive Experts Maple Valley is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist Service Advisors with scheduling appointments and checking vehicles in and out.
- Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Communicate repair updates and estimated completion times.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist with parts ordering and inventory as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning shop management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
