Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Service Advisors with scheduling appointments and checking vehicles in and out.
• Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate repair updates and estimated completion times.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist with parts ordering and inventory as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning shop management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
