Responsibilities

As our Part-Time Receptionist, you will:

• Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude 
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls 
• Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department 
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team 
• Send emails, digital brochures, and vehicle pricing information 
• Assist with CRM management using DriveCentric 
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain customer records 
• Scan driver's licenses and accurately enter customer information 
• Organize vehicle keys, dealer trade paperwork, and inventory documentation 
• Receive deliveries and distribute incoming packages 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area 
• Perform other general office and administrative duties as needed 

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities 
• High attention to detail and accuracy 
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment 
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership software (CRM experience is a plus)
