They have a large office in the heart of Lisbon, where you, along with your international colleagues, will respond to inquiries and solve problems for a variety of customer groups. Job responsibilities
- Provide customer support to clients (via phone, email, and chat).
- Communicate clearly and carefully with all customers.
- Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Create opportunities and value for employees, clients, customers, communities, and shareholders.
- Assist customers with completing orders on the website.
About you
- You are fluent in Danish and have a good knowledge of English.
- You have strong communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- You can stay calm and keep an overview in busy situations.
- You are open and positive.
