What will you do?
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
- Answer questions related to warranty coverage
- Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service
- Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed
Candidate profile
- Native or near-native level of Danish (C2)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge from a user's perspective
- Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
