The Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Material Plan & Execution will Execute the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, during every job, and every task. Accountable for ensuring allocation of equipment to upcoming jobs based on job criticality, asset maintenance, and availability status, resolving all issues related to Rental Tools and Equipment availability gaps vs the technical plans and customer needs across the GEO. Responsible for setting and meeting GEO equipment utilization targets in alignment with Product Line Asset Manager, to ‘Right Size’ Asset fleets in the GEO, to adhere to Global Fixed Asset Policies in Region, for validating and approving demand signal by working with Product Line Demand Planner reviewing sales forecasts, sales orders and planned orders across multiple time horizons.
As a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing monthly and quarterly Sales & Operational Execution (S&OE) plans for Rental Tools and Equipment to support operational and customer commitments.
Partnering with Product Line, Sales, and Service Delivery teams to prioritize equipment delivery schedules and adjust timelines based on changing business requirements.
Communicating job priorities and criticality to Product Line Order Management teams to ensure effective supply and demand alignment.
Reviewing open AFE/CIO requests to ensure timely capitalization and overseeing monthly reconciliation of SAP Equipment Master data and Fixed Asset Registers.
Monitoring short, medium, and long-term operational activities to ensure equipment and critical component availability across the region.
Coordinating fleet utilization strategies and facilitating communication between Regional and Global Product Line teams to maximize asset effectiveness.
Collaborating closely with Product Line Headquarters Asset Managers, Service Delivery Managers, AMO team and Finance teams to drive operational excellence.
Tracking and reporting key performance indicators, including Equipment Readiness, Equipment Availability, Non-Productive Time (NPT), Asset Utilization, and Employee Retention metrics, to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational, service delivery, quality, or materials management environments.
Demonstrate a highly motivated, self-driven approach with strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
Possess a solid understanding of materials management processes and operational requirements.
Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Have strong computer proficiency, analytical capabilities, and the ability to interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
Understanding of drilling and completions operations, processes, and industry best practices.
Ability to quickly learn and leverage various systems, tools, and applications for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Knowledge of quality methodologies and continuous improvement principles, including Six Sigma and Lean practices.
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Product Line and/or Sub-Product Line operations, equipment, and business processes.
