The SH Front Offices are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide our guests with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self. We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming Guest Service Manager to come on board, someone who’s great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests and our partners.

Guest Service Manager will supervise the Guest Service within supporting other rooms department. Also sets the department goals to help create exceptional guest and customer experience. This role oversees luggage handling, valet services, and guest transportation coordination, maintaining a professional and hospitable environment.

Responsible for managing guest’s first impressions and provide courteous and efficient service. Responding to a wide variety of requests while complying with 1 Hotel Tokyo standards and procedures. Also responsible for assisting Front Office Manager in all function and all team members.

About you...
Passionate about guest service, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
