Opportunities may include: Commercial Support Specialist based on Bogota and Mexico City.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration with forecasts and sales plans processes.
Follow up customer orders to ensure sales estimates are met; support critical orders /accounts evolution.
Guardian of business figures to support the commercial team; collaborative work with different business units/regions/functions to optimize results.
Active participation in commercial meetings providing an overview of the business situation.
Allocation Management: guaranteed allocated volumes are covered.
Samples process tracking management.
Participate in business readiness and improvement projects activities.
Follow up and support all updates on CRM (Customer relationship management).
Collaborate with contracts (distribution/rebate) development, execution, and formalization in contract tools (CRM).
Analyze and support the implementation of pricing guidelines.
Support with pricing tools Smartprice and Vendavo.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Business Administration or related fields.
Advanced Excel.
English (Advanced).
Prior commercial support/customer service experience.
SAP Reporting (DSR) and Power BI.
Microsoft Teams

Clear and effective oral and written communication.
Strong initiative and sense of urgency.
