Reporting to the CFO, this newly created leadership role will establish and lead the FP&A and Commercial Finance function. You'll partner with operational leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, commercial analysis and strategic insights that drive business performance.

Leading a small team, you'll also play a key role in the ERP implementation, enhancing reporting capability and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards and Board reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders on pricing, tenders, project profitability and commercial decisions.
• Drive reporting automation, Power BI dashboards and continuous improvement.
• Lead the finance workstream for the Pronto ERP implementation.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions and business growth.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing commercial finance team.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified.
• 5+ years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP and Power BI experience highly regarded.
• Experience within contracting, engineering, infrastructure, resources or project-based industries is advantageous.
