We are seeking a Store Manager in our Boca Raton showroom who functions as a premier brand ambassador and an inspirational leader. In this role, you will be the vital link between senior leadership's vision and the showroom's daily execution. You will utilize a blend of retail management expertise, coaching, and strategic operational oversight to cultivate a high-performance environment, driving sales targets while ensuring our team creates unforgettable client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Coaching: Actively manage and maximize store sales by achieving assigned goals. Employ a hands-on approach to assist associates in selling, merchandising, marketing, and driving overall performance.
• Team Development: Recruit, coach, develop, and manage sales associates. Foster a culture of motivation and inspiration through consistent training, transforming staff into true ambassadors of the brand.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the showroom. Ensure strict inventory accuracy, adherence to company protocols, and total compliance with organizational standards.
• Showroom & Visual Merchandising: Maintain the highest quality in visual standards. Drive exceptional merchandising management across all floor displays, ensuring the showroom remains a pristine, premier destination for design inspiration.
• Strategic Administration: Demonstrate an impeccable work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct while executing day-to-day administrative operations and fulfilling permanent or temporary duties assigned by senior leadership.

Schedule & Availability

To provide the elevated level of service our clients expect, this executive position requires a dedicated showroom presence. This is a full-time exempt position operating on a 5-day workweek, which requires consistent availability for:

• Weekend Leadership: Regular shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, during peak client engagement periods.
• Holiday Events: Presence during major promotional holidays and seasonal sales events.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Retail Management Excellence: A proven track record in high-end showroom or sales management, with 3 to 5 years of luxury or premium retail management experience preferred.
• Inspirational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing consultative sales team.
• Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the poise, interpersonal savvy, and professionalism required to represent a half-century legacy brand.
• Market & Trend Literacy: Highly organized and creative, with awareness of market trends in contemporary home furnishings and a passion for community brand-building.
