Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by coordinating administrative and operational HR functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees for general HR inquiries, as well as ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. By supporting HR processes and initiatives, this role contributes to a positive employee experience and efficient workforce operation.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in related filed Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of administrative support work experience Required and
• HR administrative support work experience Preferred or
• Bachelor's degree in related field can be substituted for work experience
• PeopleSoft experience Preferred
