Full Service Supervisor - Can work out of any Clark Beverage location

Summary/Objective

This position will report directly to the Food Service & On Premise Director and will be responsible for managing all Clark Beverage Group, Inc. Full Service Vending business.

As the Full Service Supervisor, you will be challenged with maximizing margin and volume growth with the Full-Service Vending portion of our business. You will also be working closely and participating in meetings with On Premise Sales Representatives and management team members, both virtually and in-person. You must be able to report results and resolutions to key initiatives and incentives to ensure our company targets are achieved. This position has Supervisor responsibilities over Tel-Sell personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer communication and employee relations
• Maintain and grow Full-Service Vending business
• Dispatch Full-Service routes
• Manage and grow our online ordering program (eoMarket) 
• Growth of margin, revenue and volume in existing Full-Service Vending outlets
• Community involvement
• Special projects as needed to drive the business
• Any other duties deemed necessary to deliver company goals
• Work closely with Food Service & On-Premise Team members 

Travel

May travel up to 25% of the year

Supervisory Responsibility

This position is currently responsible for all Tel-Sell personnel

Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred

Work Environment 

This position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes, and cramped quarters.

Travel

As Clark Beverage Group Inc. represents multiple geographic locations within its territory, some travel will be required.
