Job Summary:

AI Solution Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for creating (fully Handson) and delivering AI Solutions. You will guide and lead the execution of artificial intelligence transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Master proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture is required. Expert proficiency in AI & Data Platforms Strategy is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Organizational Design, advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI & Data Operating Model, along with expert proficiency in AI Adoption, are suggested.

Develop comprehensive strategies to drive artificial intelligence transformation initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align artificial intelligence solutions with organizational objectives and cultural considerations.

Analyze complex challenges and design innovative approaches that enhance the effectiveness and scalability of artificial intelligence projects.

Support the continuous improvement of artificial intelligence frameworks by integrating emerging technologies and best practices.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative environment to elevate team capabilities and project outcomes.         

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• AI Transformation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions for public sector clients, from requirements through production and operationalization.
• Develop and implement AI transformation strategies aligned with national government priorities and strategic objectives.
• Design scalable, production-grade AI architectures leveraging the full ML spectrum — GenAI, NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Simulation.
• Contribute hands-on to model development, pipeline engineering, API design, and platform integration.

• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary AI/Data team; take accountability for team decisions, delivery quality, and individual growth.
• Serve as the primary AI technical point of contact for senior government stakeholders, facilitating workshops, technical reviews, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts — to align solutions with client objectives.
• Engage across the broader Accenture delivery network, contributing to decisions that span multiple teams and workstreams.
   

• Solution Architecture & Operating Model

• Own and govern the AI & Data solution architecture, defining platform strategy, cloud AI/ML service selection, and MLOps pipeline design.
• Contribute to AI & Data Operating Model design, ensuring government clients can sustain and extend AI capabilities independently post-engagement.
• Analyze complex public sector challenges and design innovative, scalable AI approaches that drive measurable impact.
   

• Continuous Improvement & AI Adoption

• Drive AI adoption by designing change management and enablement approaches that accelerate value realization within client organizations.
• Integrate emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve AI frameworks and delivery standards.
• Contribute to Accenture's AI & Data practice through thought leadership, reusable asset development, and internal capability building.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (minimum 12 years of work experience).
• 7+ years of extensive experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or demonstrated proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• 5+ years of experience with AI/ML and cognitive services from at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 1+ year of experience designing, building, and/or implementing Agentic Architectures.
• 1+ year of experience building Conversational AI applications using cloud-based services and orchestrating AI/ML services into end-to-end solutions.
• Ability to operate fully hands-on on coding.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading cross-functional AI/ML delivery teams in client-facing engagements.
• Proven track record of taking AI solutions from inception to production and operationalization.

Preferable Qualifications:

• Experience managing and leading Gen AI / Agentic delivery across enterprise or government clients.
• Deep industry expertise in public sector and consulting
• Prior experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC/MENA region.
• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 digital transformation initiatives.
• Arabic language proficiency (spoken and/or written).
• Postgraduate qualification (Master's or PhD) in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
