As Design Developer 1, you are responsible for supporting design by building and offering product solutions in alignment with the original intent and vision of the product design. You are a passionate builder of product and bring your curiosity to support finding creative solutions for a better way to innovate product. In close collaboration with cross functional teams, you support concept development from ideation through to seasonal development. You Do Right through responsible and sustainable design.

The Women’s Hike design team works together on a wide variety of product types covering knitwear, insulated midlayers, gore hardshells, softshell and windshell garments to support the Hike category. We are builders, problem solvers and passionate outdoor enthusiasts. Fueled by curiosity, we take an immersive approach to identifying future needs then build test and validate products that solve for real functional challenges.
