By joining us as a Prodouct Compliance Analyst II, you will actively engage, manage, monitor, and ensure the compliance of Business Unit articles in terms of Global Conflict Minerals Laws such as Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502 and other relevant, new and/or existing Product Compliance regulations such as REACH, PFAS and etc.

As a Product Compliance Analyst II, you will:
- Conduct thorough investigations to trace the origins of minerals used in products to identify any potential source from conflict-affected regions.
- Analyze data related to mineral sourcing, supplier information, and compliance reports to assess the risk of conflict minerals in the supply chain.
- Facilitate Conflict Minerals Training Sessions (Internal and External Customers).
- Provide assessment updates to the business point of contact and requestor
- Conduct REACH Article 33 Notifications and SCIP Notifications for Waste Framework Directive.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in STEM related courses / any courses with project management background with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
· Preferably with working knowledge of Materials, Chemicals, and Environmental laws and legislation.
