We are seeking an organized, responsible, and energetic leader to join our event team as the ARC Concessions/Cashier Lead. In this role, you will oversee daily concession operations, supervise & schedule staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during tournaments, events, court rentals, and weekday public usage hours. You will manage cash handling workflows, monitor inventory, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for individuals with food service or retail experience looking to step into a leadership role with flexible evening and weekend hours.Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and support concession staff and cashiers during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee opening and closing cash drawer counts, troubleshoot POS system issues, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate restocking efforts and report inventory shortages to management.
- Ensure food preparation meets high quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized concession area, ensuring the team complies with local health department regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, and complaints with a professional attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in retail, cash handling, food service, or customer service is required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with prior supervisory or team lead experience highly preferred.
- Advanced math skills for counting change, balancing tills, and auditing shift reports.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage a team and interact with diverse event guests.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain organization during high-volume tournament rush periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Capability to lift and carry inventory boxes, beverage crates, and other inventory items as needed.
- ServSafe certification or a valid food handler’s card is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
- Dependable transportation.
