Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one‑on‑one care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. We have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts, offering consistent hours and strong support from our pediatric clinical leadership. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and backed on the case.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Provide evening & weekend pediatric care — Monitor, support, and ensure the child’s comfort and safety during non‑school hours.

⭐ Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

⭐ What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
