Diablo Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist) to join our exceptional rehab team!
Full-Time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation – Physical Therapist (PT)
$64–$68 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management and oversight of the rehabilitation department.
Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
Support staff development, scheduling, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and quality standards.
Promote exceptional patient care and customer service.
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of function.
