As Head of HR, you will take overall responsibility for the HR function across the IronMaxx Group. You will lead the HR team, establish scalable people structures and ensure efficient, transparent and legally compliant processes.

You will act as a trusted sparring partner to management, translate business priorities into a performance-oriented HR strategy and ensure strong execution throughout the employee lifecycle.

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Overall strategic and operational responsibility for HR within the IronMaxx Group
• Development and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with company objectives
• Leadership and professional development of the HR team
• Definition of clear responsibilities, priorities and service standards
• Establishment of scalable HR structures, processes and governance
• Reporting of HR priorities, risks and KPIs to management

• Acting as a trusted sparring partner to executives and department leaders
• Advising on leadership, organizational and employee-related matters
• Supporting complex personnel decisions, restructuring and change processes
• Ensuring consistent and legally compliant employee relations practices
• Strengthening leadership quality and accountability

• Overall responsibility for HR Operations and Administration for more than 100 employees
• Ensuring efficient and legally compliant HR processes
• Managing and improving onboarding, retention and offboarding processes
• Ensuring professional contract, absence and personnel file management
• Managing complex individual cases and employment law matters

• Responsibility for payroll preparation with external providers
• Personnel cost planning and workforce budgeting
• Development and monitoring of HR KPIs and management reports
• Analysis of headcount, turnover, absences and retention
• Further development of compensation structures and benefits

• Development of performance, feedback and development processes
• Establishment of training, career and succession frameworks
• Identification of organizational and capability requirements
• Development of managers and high-potential employees
• Driving organizational development and change initiatives

• Development of a performance-oriented and collaborative culture
• Translation of company values into practical leadership and HR standards
• Strengthening employee engagement, retention and communication
• Acting as a trusted contact for employees and managers

• Digitalization, standardization and automation of HR processes
• Optimization of HR systems and tools

Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein

• 10+ years of broad HR management experience, ideally in a growing or entrepreneurial organization
• Proven leadership responsibility for an HR team or function
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll, HR administration and employee relations
• Experience in HR strategy, organizational development and workforce planning
• Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management and employee development
• Experience advising senior management on complex personnel matters
• Knowledge of HR controlling, personnel cost planning and reporting
• Experience digitalizing and optimizing HR processes
• Strong business understanding and confident communication at all levels
• Structured, independent and hands-on working style
• High resilience and sound judgment in a dynamic environment
• Very good German and good English skills
