We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join us and support the tīma to enable efficient and easy partnering across the enterprise.
The ATM & Branch team support the physical technology hardware & associated applications in our ATM and Branch channels. We work closely with our business stakeholders and technology colleagues to support channels and applications that enable our frontline colleagues to deliver market-leading experiences.
This is a 24-month fixed-term opportunity. The role can be based in Auckland or Wellington with three days in the office and two where you can work flexibly.

What are 5 day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Coordinating and delivering ATM & Branch workstreams that support a broader multi‑stream delivery programme across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Owning end‑to‑end delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams, balancing pace, quality, and risk
- Managing budgets and dependencies with a strong focus on value, sequencing, and operational readiness
- Leading clear, confident communication through change — keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
- Working closely with property, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration into live environments
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high‑profile, multi‑year programme that underpins how customers and colleagues interact with our physical channels. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful change at scale, with visibility across the enterprise and real-world impact.
What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?
Delivery of a multi‑year programme focused on the modernisation and lifecycle management of critical customer‑facing technology, coordinated alongside broader property and channel initiatives.
