Now Hiring – Cleaning, Janitorial & Facilities Support Team Members

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for Janitorial & Facilities Support Associate positions supporting a commercial retail property in Jacksonville, FL.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in janitorial services, custodial work, porter services, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance support, or general labor. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

We are looking for team members who are reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests and staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial and custodial cleaning duties
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Maintain cleanliness throughout commercial facilities
• Remove trash and maintain common areas
• Support facility operations and maintenance needs
• Assist with furniture movement and setup projects when needed
• Follow daily task assignments and supervisor direction
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Janitorial, porter, cleaning, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends as needed
