Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable solution requirements.
Coordinate governance activities for analytics, dashboards, data products, and artificial intelligence solutions.
Support user acceptance testing, validation, and release readiness for new solution enhancements.
Drive adoption of analytics and artificial intelligence tools through training, enablement, and user support.
Monitor user feedback, prioritize improvement opportunities, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
Maintain governance documentation, operating procedures, and audit-ready records supporting compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, business insights, and decision-making through analytics and innovation.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, or solution delivery in a complex organization.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
Experience working with analytics platforms, dashboards, reporting solutions, or data-driven products.
Understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, or operational control processes.
Ability to coordinate testing, validate business requirements, and support solution releases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
