Summary

The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, personnel, and performance to ensure consistent day-to-day operational excellence. This role provides hands-on leadership, builds and develops high-performing teams, and fosters strong relationships with both new and existing clients. The position emphasizes teamwork, transparency, accountability, and effective execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Essential Functions

• Lead, direct, and coordinate all branch activities to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.

• Develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor daily operations and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership.

• Represent the branch at community and client events to enhance visibility and business relationships.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Required

• 2+ years of experience in branch management, operations, or a related leadership role.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Experience managing teams in a multi-site or service-based environment.

• Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and meeting business goals.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business technology systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Demonstrated commitment to team collaboration, accountability, and operational integrity.
