As a member of the Global Physical Security Technology team, responsible for the standardization, governance, deployment support, and continuous improvement of enterprise physical security platforms and technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering, standardizing, and supporting Lenel OnGuard access control platforms
• Administering, standardizing, and supporting Milestone XProtect video management platforms
• Supporting the deployment of CCTV, access control, visitor management, and related security technologies across global sites
• Performing design reviews, developing technical standards, and supporting architecture governance for enterprise security systems
• Providing advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, database, network, and integrated security system issues
• Collaborating with IT, Facilities, Engineering, Security organizations, and external integrators
• Leading or supporting system expansions, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives
• Developing and maintaining technical standards, design guidelines, operational procedures, and best practices
• Supporting investigations through access control and video system data analysis
• Driving lifecycle management, standardization, and continuous improvement of physical security technologies
• Utilizing AI-enabled and data analytics tools to improve investigations, reporting, operational efficiency, and decision-making
• Ensuring systems and operational processes align with global security standards, approved architectures, and enterprise requirements

Global Physical Security Technologyチームの一員として、Micronのエンタープライズ物理セキュリティプラットフォームおよび関連技術の標準化、ガバナンス、導入支援および継続的改善を担当する。

• Lenel OnGuardアクセスコントロールプラットフォームの管理、標準化および技術サポート
• Milestone XProtectビデオマネジメントプラットフォームの管理、標準化および技術サポート
• グローバル拠点におけるCCTV、アクセスコントロール、ビジターマネジメントおよび関連セキュリティ技術の導入支援
• エンタープライズセキュリティシステムの設計レビュー、技術標準策定およびアーキテクチャガバナンス
• ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、データベース、ネットワークおよび統合セキュリティシステムに関する高度なトラブルシューティング
• IT、Facilities、Engineering、Security組織および外部インテグレーターとの連携
• システム拡張、更新、移行、統合およびモダナイゼーションプロジェクトの推進または支援
• 技術標準書、設計ガイドライン、運用手順およびベストプラクティスの策定・維持
• アクセスコントロールおよび映像データを活用した調査・分析支援
• 物理セキュリティ技術のライフサイクル管理、標準化および継続的改善の推進
• AIツールおよびデータ分析ツールを活用し、調査分析、レポーティング、業務効率化および意思決定支援を推進する
• システム構成および運用プロセスがグローバルセキュリティ標準、承認済みアーキテクチャおよび企業要件に適合していることを確保する
