Job Description

Levergate Recruitment Services is recruiting Casino Dealers / Croupiers on behalf of a leading luxury casino resort in Limassol, Cyprus.

We are looking for motivated, professional and customer-focused individuals to join an international gaming team.

Previous casino dealing experience is not mandatory. Candidates with strong communication skills, good numerical abilities and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct casino table games professionally, accurately and in accordance with established gaming procedures.
• Ensure fair play and maintain high standards of gaming integrity, security and customer service.
• Explain game rules clearly and respond to customer questions.
• Accurately calculate and process bets, winnings and payouts.
• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional gaming experience.
• Maintain awareness of current gaming rules, procedures and promotions.
• Handle gaming equipment responsibly and ensure proper table operations.
• Follow all applicable Cyprus gaming regulations, internal policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Report gaming-related issues or irregularities to supervisors.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
• Additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
• Secondary-level education or equivalent.
• Good numerical and basic mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• High level of integrity, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain focused and accurate in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Previous casino dealing experience is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits

Indicative salary range: €1,400–€2,040 gross per month, depending on experience and working schedule, subject to confirmation.
