Description
The client is an established, mid-sized manufacturing and assembly company based at a major industrial hub in Selangor.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end closing, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow updates and variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Manage payroll, tax compliance, internal controls and external audit coordination.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and improvements to accounting processes and systems.
- Lead and develop the accounts team while overseeing HR and administrative functions.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, with prior team supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, payroll and tax compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting.
- Good command of English.
