We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant / Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team leadership, with a proven track record of handling complex accounting functions in a dynamic business environment.
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant / Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team leadership, with a proven track record of handling complex accounting functions in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders
- Support senior management with financial insights and strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Skills:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in managing large-scale financial operations.
- Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
