What you’ll bring to the Managers table 

 

• Leading from the front: as the leader of the restaurant, you’ll set the direction, drive business performance and inspire your management team to deliver great results

• Know your numbers: balancing budgets, forecasting with confidence and managing labour effectively to deliver strong results 

• See the big picture: use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales, grow profitability and keep your restaurant performing at its best 

• People-first: recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team, working closely with your MD (what we call our Area Managers) to create a culture where Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) can thrive 

• Your experience: 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams, managing busy operations, and taking ownership of commercial performance and profitability 

• Passion for our customers: live and breathe exceptional service, fired-up to serve the best PERi-PERi to all of our customers, every time 

• Hungry for growth: committed to continuous learning, developing your people, and finding new ways to drive your restaurant forward
