Roles & Responsibilities
- Domain knowledge of Securities Processing (particularly in area of Payment and Receipt)
- Process day-to-day payment & receipt transactions and ensure smooth delivery in compliance to established procedures
- Perform periodic monthly, half yearly and annual risk assessment review to ensure process compliance
- Update management statistics for management reporting on monthly basis
- Ensure team Service Level Agreements are met and all requests are completed accurately and timely
- Ensure a continued and effective on-going daily process when covering the duties of co-partner
- Attend to internal customers' and OSPL Business’s queries
- Drives process improvement and system automation
- Ensure compliance to Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements.
- Support testing for projects and the preparation of user requirement for new systems including enhancement on the existing systems
- Ensure timely update of documentations e.g. Standard Operating Procedures
- Other operational duties as maybe assigned from time to time
Requirements:
· Good knowledge and understanding in Securities Processing
· Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels
· Possess drive, team-spirit and strong team player
· Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on the risk/time criticality of the tasks
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications
· Eye for details, meticulous and accurate in work
· Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
· At least 2 year of relevant experience in Payment and Receipt preferred
· Able to work on weekends / Singapore public holidays
