Senior Manager - Tax & Stat Compliance Delivery

• APAC & MEA regional Tax and Stats representative for Global Tax, liaising directly with Finance Stakeholders, compliance outsource partner and auditors.
• Building relationships across Tax and the business, proactively gathering feedback to drive better service.
• Ensure all risks and issues within the region are mitigated, resolved and communicated using the governance frameworks.
• Supporting all escalations and issues with continuous process improvements, and trend analysis/remediation.
• Represent Tax and the outsourced provider at Country Finance Leadership Team meetings where relevant, building a strong and collaborative relationship with Finance Stakeholders and Support Function Finance Teams.
• Oversee the external Statutory Audit country by country, engaging with external Auditor ensuring timelines are kept and necessary updates provided.
• Prepare and present KPIs for the outsourcing agreement to key engagement stakeholders within GSK.
• Promote the operating model, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are clear.
• Prepare deliver and maintain trainings as required.
• Assist with fee and scope changes as required.
• Support as required on Tax Transformation projects.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree in Business administration, Finance or Accounting careers      
• 10 to 15 years of Finance/Accounting managerial experience with tax processes knowledge  
• Advanced English Level      
• Experience with service and stakeholder management.      
• Microsoft Office Knowledge. 
• Tax or accounting skills.
