How This Role Creates Value:
Assistant Commercial Property Manager
- Assist with commercial HOA budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking.
- Monitor tenant delinquencies and coordinate resolution with the Senior Commercial Property Manager.
- Maintain property records, procedures, and operational files.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Coordinate quarterly tenant meetings, surveys, and follow-up.
- Conduct property inspections and maintenance walks; coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address property needs.
- Support operational procedures, team communication, and process improvements.
Marketing Manager
- Manage communications and marketing for campus events and community initiatives.
- Oversee website, social media, Nextdoor, and Google updates and performance.
- Develop marketing calendars, promotional materials, and strategies to increase community engagement.
- Coordinate with local businesses on partnership opportunities.
- Support commercial tenant signage approvals.
- Prepare quarterly tenant meeting materials and marketing reports for ownership and tenants.
Special Events Promotion
- Manage event software, permits, certifications, procedures, budgets, invoices, and event-related documentation.
- Develop and maintain the annual event calendar, budget, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Develop, secure, and manage sponsorships, including agreements, fulfillment, promotional opportunities, and ROI reporting.
- Support on-site event management and overall sponsor and attendee experience.
- Manage event listings, promotional copy, digital and print marketing, and relationships with local media and influencers.
- Gather attendee and sponsor feedback and recommend improvements to future events and programming.
What You Offer:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, real estate, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate, marketing, events, community engagement, or a related field.
- Experience working with tenants, clients, vendors, or community partners preferred.
- Experience coordinating events, marketing campaigns, or community programs preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to create professional presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-facing environment.
Other Requirements
- Ability to attend occasional evening and weekend events as needed.
- Ability to travel locally for meetings, events, and property-related activities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.
