Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Full-Time | $100,000-$120,000/year | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Lead With Purpose
Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and help ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. This is an opportunity to lead a healthcare team while having a direct impact on clinical operations, employee development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Your Impact
In this leadership position, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations and help ensure the team has the staffing, resources, training, and support needed to provide excellent patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and support clinical staff.
- Build strong working relationships with patients, physicians, and employees.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resources based on patient and procedural needs.
- Ensure team members maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and competencies.
- Coordinate new employee orientation, training, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
- Address patient and employee concerns and participate in root-cause analysis.
- Lead and support QAPI and quality improvement initiatives.
- Complete required clinical, regulatory, and QAPI reporting.
- Maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other applicable standards.
- Oversee Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and Life Safety programs.
- Maintain safety, inspection, infection control, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and ongoing staff education.
- Monitor work communications and assist with additional operational needs as required.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Senior-level healthcare experience may be considered in place of education requirements.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications.
- Infection Preventionist certification.
- Confident, decisive, and comfortable managing a clinical team.
- Organized and able to balance competing priorities.
- Knowledgeable about healthcare quality and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive when identifying and solving problems.
- Professional, accountable, and team-oriented.
