What You'll do:
- Produce and coordinate digital content for sales and marketing squads, including banners, ad copy, landing pages, paid social and display campaigns.
- Act as the main liaison between commercial teams, digital squads and creative agencies, ensuring efficient delivery of all project requests.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality standards and business objectives are met.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to prioritize activities and support campaign delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing or digital communication projects.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills in Portuguese.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with agile teams, cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, email marketing and digital content.
-Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital sales projects and performance-driven content production is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or a related field is valued.
