Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, the engineer will have to act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide L2/L3 support for day-to-day operational incidents.
2. Utilizes good troubleshooting skills to quickly provide quality solutions for customer issues Troubleshooting Network-security issues.
3. Understanding of DC Infrastructure, architecture and concepts needed to support day-to-day operations.
4. Taking care of change requests, service requests and incidents through tickets.
5. Configuration and troubleshooting of Checkpoint firewall issues.
6. Configure and troubleshooting foundational data and control Policies, Application Profiles in Cisco ACI.
7. Provide accurate Incident resolution and Service Request management, within established Service Level Agreement (SLA.
8. Attending all internal and client calls.
9. Strong hands-on experience in WAN, LAN, Firewall, F5 Load balancers.
10. Understanding of 24x7 mission critical enterprise applications and the impact of service disruption on a company s bottom line.
11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Should be keen to learn NEW strategic technologies.
12. Ready to work 24*5 (weekend on call) support.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Must Have Skills: Checkpoint/Cisco-ACI/F5 Load balancer.
2. Good To Have Skills: Zscaler, firewall, cloud, Routing and Switching.
3. At least 6 - 8 years experience on Checkpoint Firewall.
4. In-depth working experience in managing DC Infrastructure.
5. Good to have working experience in managing F5 Load balancers and NSX-T.
6. Strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals like TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, ACLs SSL, NAT, S2S VPN, TLS, DNS, DHCP, certificate and encryption.
7. Knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
8. Experience with Wireshark packet analyzers
