Clean Team Inc. is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staffing operations throughout the Greater Akron and Cleveland markets.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, conducting interviews, and helping employees find opportunities that fit their schedules and experience.
As a Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter, you will play an important role in maintaining adequate staffing levels across multiple customer locations while providing applicants and new employees with a professional, welcoming experience.

What You'll Do
As part of our recruiting and staffing team, you will manage hiring activities from initial application through onboarding while working closely with branch management and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit candidates for open positions throughout the Greater Akron and Cleveland markets.

Review applications and identify qualified candidates for available opportunities.

Conduct telephone screenings and in-person interviews.
-
Post, update, and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.

Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with operations managers and supervisors.

Communicate job duties, work schedules, pay information, and next steps to applicants.

Assist new employees with onboarding paperwork and hiring requirements.

Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment processes.

Maintain accurate applicant records and track candidate progress through the hiring process.

Follow up with applicants to maintain engagement and reduce missed interviews.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Work closely with operations leadership to identify staffing needs and prioritize open positions.

Assist with new-hire orientation and employee onboarding activities.

Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.

Provide general administrative and office support as needed.

Help ensure positions are filled efficiently to support customer service and operational needs.
Qualifications
Required:

High school diploma or GED.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and online applications.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Dependable attendance and a professional attitude.
Preferred:

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or office administration.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.

Experience conducting interviews and coordinating employee onboarding.

Familiarity with Indeed or similar recruiting platforms.

Experience supporting staffing needs across multiple locations.
