Your Role

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that support Ricoh Australia’s growth priorities across key solutions, customer segments and industries.

Working within the broader marketing strategy set by the National Marketing Manager, the role translates agreed business and marketing priorities into targeted, measurable campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, support pipeline growth and strengthen customer engagement.

The marketing campaign manager owns campaigns from brief through execution, working closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales and external partners to develop customer-centric messaging, content, channel activity and sales enablement.

The role combines strong campaign management with commercial thinking, using customer, market and performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business growth objectives and sales priorities.
• Manage campaigns from initial brief through launch, optimisation and post-campaign evaluation.
• Coordinate campaign messaging, creative, content, digital activity, events, partner activity and sales enablement.
• Develop audience and customer journey approaches that support awareness, consideration, lead generation and nurture.
• Work with product marketing and other internal stakeholders to translate portfolio propositions into customer-led campaign messaging and content.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs, support priority opportunities and ensure campaign activity is relevant to the market.
• Provide campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing content to assist sales conversations and help them activate campaigns effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Use customer, competitor, market and campaign insights to inform campaign development.
• Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently with Ricoh’s brand, messaging and marketing standards.

To be successful in this role:

Qualifications:

•       5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing roles.

•       Proven history of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

•       Experience working closely with sales teams in a lead generation and revenue-focused environment.

•       Strong knowledge of modern demand generation practices and customer acquisition strategies.

•       Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience with Dynamics CE would be highly regarded.

•       Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

•       Excellent written communication and content development skills.

•       Strong analytical and reporting skills.

•       Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
