We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to join our Financial Services team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly by providing professional and efficient administrative support. From coordinating meetings to organising events, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.
How you'll make an impact
- Be the go-to person for administrative support, helping the team stay on track.
- Arrange meetings, manage diaries, and handle room bookings.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Keep records, spreadsheets, and team information up to date.
- Organise team events, workshops, and social activities.
- Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and expense administration.
- Support new starters with onboarding and office logistics.
- Help with internal communications and team updates
About you
- You’ve got experience in an administrative or office support role.
- You’re organised, with great time management skills.
- You’ve got excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple priorities.
- You’re approachable, professional, and a team player.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in financial services or a corporate environment.
