The Head of Business Operation is lead business and operations by translating the CCO’s strategic direction into measurable business results. Own cross-functional performance, profitability, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development while operating with a high degree of independence.
What you will do
1. Strategy & Execution
- Translate strategic direction into clear priorities, execution plans, KPIs, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and operational gaps; challenge assumptions and recommend solutions.
- Drive cross-functional execution, monitor performance, and lead corrective actions.
- Make decisions independently within the agreed strategy and escalate material business or organizational matters to the CCO
2. Business & P&L Ownership
- Own profitability, productivity, delivery quality, utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Manage P&L, resource allocation, costs, margins, and productivity.
- Use data to drive decisions and balance revenue growth, client delivery, resource capacity, and profitability.
3. Cross-Functional Operations
- Lead and align operations across core functional units.
- Establish clear ownership, decision rights, SLAs, hand-offs, quality standards, and scalable workflows.
- Resolve complex cross-functional issues and drive sustainable process improvements
4. Leadership & Organization Building
- Develop Team Leads into independent leaders who can own their functions, make decisions, and solve complex problems.
- Build leadership capability, succession readiness, and clear accountability.
- Identify capability gaps and drive appropriate organizational, hiring, or development solutions.
- Foster a high-performance culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media agencies, or specialized Influencer Marketing agencies, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Business Director, Group Account Director, or Head of Operations)
- Diagnose complex business and operational challenges, identify root causes, evaluate risks and trade-offs, and develop scalable, long-term solutions.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of P&L, margin drivers, productivity, resource economics, and commercial impact.
- Build strong Team Leads who can independently own their functions and solve problems without unnecessary escalation.
- Consistently turn strategy into measurable business results.
- Align stakeholders and lead sustainable organizational change.
- High adaptability (Agility), resilience, and comfort navigating fast-moving, high-growth environments.
