Are you motivated by building relationships, developing new business, and creating your own path to success? InsuranceHub Leavitt Agency is looking for a driven, outgoing Associate Producer to join our team and develop into a successful insurance sales professional.

This position includes a structured 24-month training and development program focused on building the knowledge, sales skills, and relationships needed to succeed as an insurance agent. The role centers on generating new business through prospecting, networking, in-person visits, outbound calling, social media engagement, and relationship development. 

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and annual new-business premium and revenue goals.
• Build relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, email, social media, video meetings, and face-to-face conversations.
• Develop prospect lists and build a database of insurance expiration dates.
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Prospect targeted accounts and develop business within a specific portfolio of insurance products.
• Conduct weekly in-person prospecting days, including approximately 5–10 drop-in visits per day.
• Review insurance applications and deliver quotes promptly with the goal of converting opportunities into new clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance coverage.
• Work toward a 25% or better closing ratio.
• Educate clients about potential coverage gaps and important insurance solutions that can help protect their business or personal property.
• Generate referrals from clients, prospects, professional contacts, and personal networks.
• Participate in networking opportunities, associations, and conferences related to your product specialty.

Education & Licensing

• College degree or equivalent business experience is preferred, but not required.
• Property & Casualty insurance license or commitment to obtain the license within 60 days.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and additional insurance designations or licenses as outlined in the training and development program. 

Work Environment & Travel

This is an in-office position and is not a work-from-home role. Local travel may be required to meet prospects and clients, attend networking events, and participate in industry associations. Overnight travel is generally not required except for annual training conferences in Pennsylvania.
