About the role
We're looking for a Senior BDE who can run high-volume, multi-channel outbound, turn it into qualified enterprise pipeline, and close mid-size deals on their own. This is a hunter role for someone who has sold AI or data solutions into North America, EMEA accounts and can speak credibly to buyers about GenAI, analytics and automation use cases.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads across target verticals (BFSI, Retail/CPG, Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare) via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Run 80+ outbound touches a day and book 5+ qualified meetings a month with VP, Director and CXO buyers at enterprise/ mid-market accounts
- Run discovery and product demos to uncover GenAI and analytics use cases, and map them to IXO’s services (Customer Analytics, GenAI, Data Engineering)
- Prepare solution documents and proposals with the delivery and solutions teams; for select opportunities, lead the deal through pricing and close
- Develop channel and partner-led deals alongside direct sales in untapped markets
- Keep pipeline data and forecasts accurate in the CRM (Zoho or similar)
- Coach junior SDRs and interns on cold calling, LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or BDR experience in AI, SaaS, analytics or IT services
- Proven record of self-sourced pipeline: at least $1M+ built and $100K+ ARR closed individually in the last 12 months
- Experience selling into at least two of North America, EMEA and GCC; willingness to work overlapping time zones
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar, and disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfortable with a consultative, solution-selling motion, including demos and written solution documents
- Strong written and verbal English; can hold a credible conversation with enterprise stakeholders
- Degree in business, computer applications or a related field; an MBA is a plus
