We're Hiring | System Analyst – System Integration / Application Support
I'm currently looking for a technical professional to join the Solution Delivery team of a financial institution in Hong Kong on a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 application and system support.
- Support system integration and messaging interfaces.
- Monitor and troubleshoot MQ and SFTP connectivity.
- Work with SWIFT messaging and investigate transmission issues.
- Perform scripting to support operational and integration activities.
- Coordinate with internal technology teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in application support, systems integration or technical operations within financial services.
- Hands-on exposure to MQ / IBM MQ and SFTP.
- Familiarity with Shell scripting, Python or similar scripting languages.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
