HR & Admin Intern

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in office administration and HR support, giving you the opportunity to develop your organisational, communication, and coordination skills while gaining practical insights into daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage outgoing parcels, including packing, labelling, and courier bookings.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR & Admin team.
• Prepare and distribute stationery to employees as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Perform filing and maintain accurate and organised document records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collect and distribute incoming mail, letters, and documents.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle administrative tasks with care and confidentiality.
