About the Role
India Sales Lead would drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and accelerate customer acquisition across key segments. This role is critical in shaping and executing inside sales strategy, building a high-performing team, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver strong commercial outcomes for the business.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Lead, coach, and manage the inside sales team to achieve revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
- 2Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Commerce India business across priority customer segments.
- 3Set clear goals, performance metrics, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent pipeline generation and deal progression.
- 4Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling and effective opportunity management.
- 5Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with market opportunities.
- 6Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and implement actions to improve funnel efficiency and win rates.
- 7Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of sales talent to strengthen team capability.
- 8Ensure high standards of CRM hygiene, sales forecasting, and reporting accuracy.
Some specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership
- Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of commerce or technology-led sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales strategies
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance metrics
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Experience in a high-growth technology company
- Background in B2B inside sales or enterprise sales
- Exposure to the India commerce market and customer acquisition strategies
- Understanding of Ecommerce, Retail Tech, and Supply Chain ecosystem is a must
