We are seeking a visionary, growth-oriented, and transformational Senior Director, Product Management to lead multi-product portfolio strategies, direct high-performing product management and technical marketing organizations, and accelerate our recurring software revenue trajectory. In this leadership role, you will bridge product strategy, technical architecture, and full-funnel go-to-market (GTM) execution—driving our security solutions from definition and design through global scale, customer adoption, and long-term market prominence.

Your Impact

Leads the design, development, and management of activities for a specific product or group of products or services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, development, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Directs the activities of a product function (includes product management, and technical marketing)

  • Provides leadership and direction for all product or technical marketing teams within multiple product families (typically through directors and/or senior leaders)
  • Defines product and technology roadmaps for multiple product lines/multiple technologies/multiple.
  • Accountable for multi-product strategy development, spanning multiple Bus and product families, across a multi-year time horizon.
  • Leads various executive sponsors and stakeholders through a collaborative process for development of, and alignment to, longer-term vision and strategy
  • Provides leadership for portfolio roadmap development processes, infrastructure and decision making; and ensures appropriate cascade of objectives through or across the BU or Functions.
  • Ensures BU needs, critical business issues, market needs, and core product strategies are addressed in portfolio roadmap decisions.
  • Partners across the business to enable organization transformation and maturity, incorporating emerging trends and appropriate technologies.
  • Shapes the opinions of, and negotiates with, other senior leaders; establishes collaborative relationships across Cisco and with external parties (as required)
  • Proactively extends Cisco's and portfolio's prominence and public perception.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent practical industry experience, with 15+ years of professional experience in the industry preferably product management or marketing and product growth leadership in SaaS environment or cybersecurity.
  • Experience guiding, mentoring, and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Proven track record driving end-to-end product strategy, technical positioning, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market execution from concept through launch and market scale.
  • Direct experience driving product adoption, pipeline growth, or software recurring revenue (ARR) expansion within cybersecurity, cloud security, or B2B SaaS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a background in product or marketing.
  • Deep domain expertise across enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security, SaaS platforms, Zero Trust architectures, identity, or regulated/federal markets.
  • Proven track record leading business model transitions (e.g., perpetual-to-subscription/SaaS) and driving substantial software recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows, advanced analytics, and data-driven forecasting to optimize product performance and customer acquisition cost (CAC), align sales and engineering leaders, and negotiate with external partner ecosystems.
