About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Staff Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that support the development of innovative scientific technologies and solutions.

What Will You Do?

• Lead strategic programs from planning to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration by connecting teams, aligning priorities, and engaging stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage program execution, including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and key deliverables.
• Navigate complex challenges by proactively identifying risks, facilitating decisions, and driving effective solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and strengthen program performance.

What Will You Bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree, MBA, PhD, PMP certification, or advanced leadership training is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in life sciences or medical devices and 5+ years in technical project or program management.
• Strong technical understanding of genetic analysis technologies and in vitro diagnostics (IVD).
• Solid knowledge of product development processes and business operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs, influence decisions, and drive results without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €3 791,67–€5 685,42.
