What would you do? • Accenture Operations Transformation team drives Digital and Process transformation for clients through technology, design thinking and domain-led innovation. The team powers the Intelligent Operations journey by combining data, AI, technology and people to enable faster decisions, drive agility and unlock measurable Operations outcomes and sustainable value at speed and scale across Finance and Accounting. • End-to-end Finance and Accounting transformation across all towers (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A) • Financial close optimization and reporting modernization • AI led intelligent automation for Finance • Digital FP&A and predictive analytics • Cost optimization and margin improvement • Controls, compliance and risk management • Data strategy and governance • Multi tower F&A expertise across RTR, OTC, PTP and FP&A • Hands on experience in AI led automation (GenAI, RPA, NLP, process mining) • Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt, with proven project delivery • End to end F&A transformation delivery; can explain problem to outcome • Change management and executive stakeholder management • Exposure to SAP S4HANA or Oracle EBS, BlackLine, HighRadius, Celonis or Signavio
What are we looking for? • A transformation leader with a rich transformation mindset and working knowledge of all Finance processes and towers. Hands-on experience in AI led automation, sound Lean Six Sigma expertise and proven change management skills. Strong design thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executive and leadership stakeholders and to own end-to-end design, execution and continuous improvement of F&A transformation programs, balancing delivery, client management and commercial governance. • Hold conversations with CXO 2 and CXO 1, lead solution defense and manage ambiguous client situations • Excellent communication skills; result-oriented, self-driven, analytical and structured, with high energy • Experience managing high-performance teams and delivering large-scale Finance transformation programs • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, change management or AI and automation platforms • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline; MBA, CA, CMA or an equivalent professional qualification preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end to end design, execution and continuous improvement of F&A transformation programs across RTR, OTC, PTP and FP&A towers • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems; create new solutions by leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and translate it into team goals and transformation roadmaps • Drive AI led automation, including GenAI, RPA, NLP and process mining; evaluate and pilot emerging technologies for applicability across F&A towers • Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive shift-left, standardization and simplification, reducing manual touchpoints and increasing touchless processing rates • Own change management: stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption and sustainment of new ways of working • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external executive and leadership stakeholders; lead due diligence, solution defense and steering committee discussions • Advise on transformation solutions using relevant domain metrics for RTR, PTP and OTC • Understand commercial structures of transformation proposals and their impact on P&L; support contract and change order negotiations • Drive productivity commitments such as FTE yield, automation savings and year-over-year efficiency gains • Own business cases and value realization; track outcomes across productivity, cost, controls, quality and cycle time • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety and operational excellence • Manage small to medium sized teams and work efforts at a client or within Accenture; mentor and develop talent • Work with minimal guidance on new assignments; decisions often impact the team and occasionally other teams • Primary interaction is with peers and management levels at a client and within Accenture • Work full-time from office and remain flexible for rotational shifts as business or client needs requireChartered Accountant,Master of Business Administration,Master of Financial Management
