Experience Range - 5 + yrs
Mandatory Requirement:
• Candidates from Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services backgrounds will be strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence are mandatory for this role.
• The role requires high agility, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment with 6 days working.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Dynamic Calendar & Travel Management
- Manage an extremely fluid and high-volume calendar with the ability to continuously reprioritize meetings, stakeholder interactions, and commitments.
- Handle complex domestic and international travel schedules, including multi-country itineraries, last-minute changes, and global time zone coordination.
- Ensure optimal scheduling across geographies while balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and executive bandwidth.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively create buffers, alternate plans, and contingency arrangements.
Executive Office Agility
- Act as a stabilizing force in a highly dynamic environment by bringing coordination, responsiveness, and execution discipline.
- Be comfortable handling impromptu meetings, evolving priorities, and rapid changes without losing attention to detail.
- Maintain strong situational awareness of ongoing business matters to help the MD navigate priorities efficiently.
Qualification and Experience:
- 6–12 years of experience supporting senior leadership/CXO-level executives in high-intensity environments.
- Prior experience managing global calendars and international travel coordination is strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in unstructured and fast-moving environments with maturity and composure.
- Strong judgment, flexibility, and problem-solving orientation.
- High responsiveness and ability to manage multiple moving priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of time zones, executive scheduling, and stakeholder coordination across geographies.
- The candidate should combine professionalism and structure with adaptability and agility.
