OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Marion Counseling Services (MCS) in a pivotal role focused on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement compliance programmes to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and implement corrective actions.Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters and best practices.Monitor changes in legislation and update policies accordingly.Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.RequirementsProven experience in a compliance role, preferably within a healthcare or counselling setting.Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Relevant certifications or qualifications in compliance or risk management are advantageous.Nice to haveExperience with compliance software and tools.Knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
