Position Title: Process Engineer
Working Location: Bintan (Indonesia) (Transportation Provided)
Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM) IDT
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal and external teams to support project implementation such as new products, process improvements, and equipment changes
Support improvement projects to increase production efficiency through process and machine enhancements
Work with other plants to implement improvement initiatives and support team activities
Assist production in identifying issues and resolving them using structured problem-solving methods
Use quality tools such as DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and basic statistical methods to support process improvement
Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
Support development of new process flows, including setup and installation of new equipment
Prepare and maintain engineering drawings and documentation, including change records
Support new product transfer processes and related checks
Work with training teams to support skill development for production staff
Support and guide team members to complete assigned projects

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Process, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
Able to analyse data and support problem-solving activities
Good communication skills and able to work with different teams
Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts and tools
Experience in electronics or semiconductor industry is an advantage
