Clinic Manager - Acute Care

Clinic Manager at Adventist Rideout is open to PT, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP

 

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome 
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs 
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members 
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications 

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure 
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association 
• Must be a licensed PT, OT, COTA or CCC-SLP

Compensation & Bonus Structure 

• Base Salary: 116,480 - 141,440 per year (based on experience and market factors)
